An alumnus of this college has passed B. Sc. (Chemistry Hons.) from B.S.K. College, Maithan in 2001. Later he graduated in law from Law College Dhanbad, Dhanbad in 2005. He has been awarded the degree of LL.M. in 2008 from Ranchi College, Ranchi. He has been practicing as an Advocate at Civil Court, Dhanbad. In December 2010 he joined his alma mater as a Part-time Lecturer. His area of interest includes Jurisprudence, Legal Language, Evidence Act and Indian Penal Code.
