An alumnus of this College who has completed LL.B. in 2001 and in the same year he decided to enrich himself further by joining Dhanbad Bar acquainting mostly with criminal, civil and revenue matters. In the year 2007 he was awarded LL.M. from P.G. Department of Law, Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. He has been giving his services as a full time faculty member to this college since November 2007.
He has attended UGC sponsored National Seminar on “Social Justice and Welfare State: Myth and Realities” organized by Department of Law, University of North Bengal, New Jalpaigudi, W.B.
He has presented a paper on “Problems and Challenges before the Law Teachers with special reference to Jharkhand” at All India Law Teachers Congress on Law Teaching & Research: Recent Development, organized by School of Law KIIT University, Bhubneshwar, Orissa on 18 – 19 December 2010.
On April 14, 2012 he presented a paper on “C.N.T. Act and sustainable development of State of Jharkhand” at a National Seminar on Tenancy Act in Jharkhand: Issues and Imperatives, organized by National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
His areas of specialization include Family Law, Labour Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Procedure Code and Civil Procedure Code.
He is pursuing Ph. D. Program on “An analytical study of the impact of environmental law in the coal belt areas of eastern India with special emphasis on the study of Jharkhand” from P.G. Department of Law, Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur.
